Upstairs Flood

The Ceiling Can't Hold It!

This loss came as a result of a busted pipe in an upstairs bathroom. Unbeknownst to the resident, the water had been accumulating under the bathroom sink cabinet. Over the course of a few days, the water built up and broke through the ceiling sheet-rock. The result of the ceiling falling is what you see in the before photo. We were able to respond the following day and begin cleanup immediately. We were in and out of the house within a week where construction crews followed and built the ceiling back to preloss condition!
