From The Ceiling To The Floor!

Water and Gravity!

If you look closely at the before photo, you will see that there is a large amount of moisture close to the doorway on the ground. That moisture came from above. The cause of this water was a pipe bust. During the cold winter months, pipes are more likely to bust if exposed to freezing temperatures. This particular pipe busted and caused a large amount of water to leak from it. The pipe was located in the ceiling above. Water from the busted pipe then ran through the ceiling to the floor seen in the photo.
