Three Levels of Damage!

The owners of this home suffered a water damage on the top floor affecting 3 different levels of the home. As you can imagine, there was extensive damage to the home as it was unoccupied at the time of the initial loss.

Our mitigation team tore out all non-restorable affected materials and dried the rest of the structure. Because the water had say for so long it had become what we call “bound water”. Bound water takes longer to dry and usually causes more damage. We mitigated the water damage, dried the structure, and performed the rebuild services. All work was completed in less than 2 months and the home was put on the market and sold within one week.
