Warehouse and Inventory Manager

Charles is our warehouse and inventory manager at SERVPRO of North Whitfield and Catoosa Counties! A valuable member of our team, Charles is primarily responsible for keeping the warehouse organized, ensure all equipment is working properly, and keeping our SERVPRO vehicles maintained. Charles been married for 35 years to his wife Tammy, and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren. He has been with us for more than a decade. We are proud to have Charles on our team!

Ryan Ard

Sales and Marketing Manager

One of our newer additions, Ryan is the Sales and Marketing Manager for our sales team here at SERVPRO of North Whitfield and Catoosa Counties. Ryan focuses on managing our marketing team and developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives. He also is charged with creating and implements marketing directives, which helps promote our franchise services and creates a diverse customer base. His goal is to improve customer satisfaction to ensure each customer has the highest quality experience!

Darlene Sullivan

Office Manager

Darlene has been with SERVPRO for more than six years. She serves as our office manager and her responsibilities of managing estimates, coordinating with our production crew, billing customer's insurance companies and compliance are vital to holding SERVPRO together! She is certified by the IICRC in Water Restoration and is Xactimate Level III certified. Born and raised in Trenton, Georgia, Darlene is always making people smile, which may have something to do with her past experience working as a clown for her local ministry! Give us a call and speak to Darlene - she is wonderful!

Tonya Crumsey

Accounting and HR Administrator

Tonya is the Accounting and HR Administrator for us at SERVPRO of North Whitfield and Catoosa Counties. Her work mostly involves human resources tasks such as payroll and accounting. Tonya is new to us at SERVPRO and we feel lucky to have her! She enjoys listening to Motown music and currently lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Natasha Eckelbarger

Sales and Marketing Representative

Natasha is our sales and marketing representative here at SERVPRO of North Whitfield and Catoosa Counties. Having worked here for more than a year, she truly enjoys building relationships with local business owners and insurance agents to help provide mitigation services. Natasha has lived in Georgia all her life and grew up in Chatsworth before moving to her current home in Ringgold. Natasha and her husband enjoy traveling in their free time. In fact, they converted a minivan and drove to the Red Wood Forest in California to get married!

Alberto Rosado

Production Technician

Alberto is a production technician here at SERVPRO of North Whitfield and Catoosa Counties. A hard worker, Alberto assists with general labor tasks. He  currently resides in Dalton, Georgia and is happy to serve his home state. When he has time, Alberto enjoys watching soccer. Alberto has been with us for more than two years and we are grateful for his hard work!
