Kansas City Flood Damage

Kansas City and the surrounding area saw some heavy rainfall late July 2017. The night of July 26th a reported 7 inches of rain fell in East-Central Kansas and West-Central Missouri. An warning was issued by the authorities to stay off of the roads due to flash flooding. Our SERVPRO franchise is a part of all four national storm response teams and we were there to help with the flood cleanup! What you see here is storm waters flooding the bottom floor of a home and to what extent the walls and flooring had to be removed as a result. These photos were taken less than a week apart!
