Busted pipes are the most common source of water damage in American homes is pipe and hose leakage. In this particular case, a pipe between the main floor and basement ceiling. When the pipe was damaged, the water began spreading through the sub-floor of the main level. The water began to cause the hardwood floors to expand and contract causing "bucking" where the wood panels kick out of their secure spots. Once these floors buck, the same floors cannot be put back into place. Our customer was surprised by how quick and easy the process was-lessening the toll of the damage done. We are here to help!
